Bambino Program
I am registered for the Bambino program which is supposed to include a free baby bag in the 7th month. I'm already past the 7th month and I've called the customer care center twice. The last lady was extremely unhelpful and said someone will be in contact with me. I still haven't received any feedback from anyone to date. Why is it that we must resort to a complaint on Hello Peter before we are assisted???
