bad service

I was in hospital on the 29/05/13 until the 6/6/13 payment was made for 1st until 6th of june,but no payment was made from the 29th until the 31st of may.A amount of R16400..... What I cannot understand its one authorisation number. May calls have be made to the call centre but no one seem to be understanding or helping me. When I called the call centre I was always told the team leader or manager is unavailable. I'm really disappointed because the hospital has their lawyers handle this.
