bad service

<p>my son is turning 21 this thursday and Hosmed requested that i sent either proof of full time registration as a student or affidavid if he is still fanancially depended on me . i sent the affidavit in January i got no response, and also sent proof of registration so many times in January and now in February, call center agents always give differnt informatio of which is not helping, every time i send them information but they do not get back to me, now my son will be removed from the medical aid, i feel like it is a way of them to make money out of poor members, they are deliberately forcing me to pay more money as an adult dependent. my member no. is ********** 7</p>
