Avoidance to pay physiotherapy PMB in hospital accounts

I'm basically struggling to get Hosmed to pay 2 in hospital claims for 2 different physiotherapy practices. We followed standard procedures by obtaining authorisation and submitting the claims in due time. How ever when following up on the claim/claims you are put through to one department to another and this is extremely frustrating because at the end of the call you are NOT dealt accordingly. The claim is still not processed although the account has been linked with the authorisation department. After speaking on the phone to 8 different consultants and holding on for almost an hour on numerous occasions is really unacceptable!!! I have even sent a complaint to the Hosmed complaints email but guess what i was told to call PHA. I called PHA but once again i wasn't assisted as they put me through to from one department to the next (OMW). I'm really sick and tired of this medical aid and don't know what to do next. I really don't know why they have a call center if all the call center agents are ***********!!!NOT helpful at all, Please assist!!!
