AVOIDANCE OF PAYING CLAIMS

<p>Practice ********** : Hosmed ********** 9</p> <p> </p> <p>We have been querying this account since 30 March, we contact Hosmed and are told the claim is not linked and then transferred to PHA who say that it was already linked, they then transfer us back to Hosmed who continue to tell us the claim is not linked.</p> <p> What are we expected to do to get these claims done, we are the client, we cannot continue to be transferred backwards and forwards between PHA and Hosmed when clearly somebody is not doing their job properly. We will not continue to phone, as we have done so 4 times. If this claim is not paid on or before it reaches 120 days old it will be handed over to the Council for Medical Schemes (CMS).</p> <p> </p> <p>Hosmed ********** 0</p> <p> </p> <p>Same complaint as above. This is an ongoing struggle that we continuously experience with Hosmed and with NO OTHER Medical Aid Scheme. It is completely unacceptable.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is now our final request for processing of these claims before further action is pursued against Hosmed.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
