Account not paid

I'm a 69 year old cancer patient. After numerous calls to Hosmed they don't pay my pathology accounts from Ampath<br> After inquiering from Ampath if they submitted my ICD10 code for the breast cancer they did every time. I'm tired of <br> getting accounts that doesnt get paid by Hosmed - It must come from my oncology benefit. Pleae help
