30 day turn around time just got 358 days and counting
I have been battling for almost a year now with this account. Every correspondence with Hosmed call centre ends in "account for services rendered has been received and escalated". The service date was 05/11/2016 already, and I am still waiting for "management decision to be prepared". I would really appreciate an answer / decision.
