Pathetic customer service

I bought this boot from them. Absolutely beautiful, but unfortunately it did not fit. So I want to return. But I also noticed they have a wide calve size. So I thought maybe that could fit. Anyway i have to emailed them on *** and you may WhatsApp them on queries. So I e-mailed Friday and I sent a msg on WhatsApp. Thinking it weekend I would get a reply this week but still nothing. I got a WhatsApp msg on Tuesday saying they will reply asap. But nothing came. What ****es me of is that they were very quick to take my money and process the item, but they can’t reply to emails and texts when u want to return an item. Also I do realise that I will pay for the courier service and mentioned that. I still got no response. They have the worse customer service ever! They don’t even have a phone number to call them. What sort of business is this?
