HORSPERSA is a ***** company

HORSPERSA must cancel people's debit orders when asked to please, I stopped working at the department of health 5months ago, this morning when I went their offices in East London I was told that I need a stamp from HR where I was working to cancel my debit order. When I was signing up with them I was never told about such and me joining them never required HR before. Why is it now that they have to stop debiting my account, I have to get a stamp of approval from HR when it was not required before, the very same HR that is 200km's away from me, I must spend money that I don't have to get them stamp. HORSPERSA just wants to debit peoples money without even helping them.
