Unprofessional and Rude Conduct

I phoned the school to enquire about tickets for the "Proe'toria Klofie Fees" this coming weekend. Mrs Spelt took the call. She was extremely rude and obnoxious and claimed she'd already announced to the kids that tickets are available at the office, then slammed the phone in my ear. I recommend training or a career change as this is not acceptable and reflects poorly on the school.
