No service

We've been sitting for 20min and haven't received any service from any waiter. We were waiting for a waiter to come and help us after asking someone to send us a waiter. We are staying in one of the guest room at the guest house. If this is the service that horseshoe's restaurant is giving than I'm never coming back to this place again. I can't believe that this is the type of service that you get. They must train their waiters properly.
