Worst service at horseshoe restaurant.

Me and my family was at horseshoe restaurant. It was the worst service ever. We waited almost 10 min to be seated, when no one came we seated ourselves. After getting a table, we waited 20 min just for menus, after asking 3 different waiters for service and menus. When we eventually got served, ee waited another 10 min for my kids milkshakes. Then the waiter asked for our food order. My order was gotten so wrong, I asked for a sirlion medium, I was brought a well done fillet. This is my first experience that was so bad with them. We have been there before on month end, even then the service was not nearly as bad....Im very dissapointed.
