Shocking service, no integrity, no Brand loyalty and no people s****s.

I placed and order and paid a deposit in March for Horse riding boots - as these are especially measured for my calves that have thrombosis. It was the only place I could find that would be able to sell personalized sized boots.

I have continually called and gone into the shop to ask when will they arrive but they always have the same excuse - ‘we battling to get from our supplier’.

Today I called again 8 months later and only to hear the same excuse and with a ‘it’s festive time and we don’t have stock’.

I can’t believe that this is the type of service one gets in this day and age and the nonchalant treatment a customer gets.

I said I’m so sorry to hear about your problems but this doesn’t help me - with the lady on the other end of the phone telling me I am rude and then putting the phone down in my ear???
