run over by trolleys

As the workings was bringing the trolley, I was waking over to another shop. At first, they were not there, but came around the corner and did not even tried to stop, so they ran me over. Doctors accounts, amount to R6000.00 and now they do not want to pay for the damages. Says its my own fault. I'm a lady in my 50's
