Terrible experience, bad workmanship
I have had a thoroughly miserable experience with this company. Their initial installation had a leak which cause the paving to collapse. The repair work was very badly done and they left my pool full of rubble when they left. They said they would clean it but never returned. I still have to redo the paving due to their bad workmanship. My pool tilted when they were doing the repair work and i raised concerns about this. They said they would double my warranty period on the pool since I was concerned about the structural integrity. I never saw that paper work. No pride in workmanship and not willing to fully own their own mistakes.

24 Feb 2023, 08:39Following up on my complaint above, Horizon did return once again to "repair the repair work" after seeing this complaint on HelloPeter. The work was done properly and we have been enjoying our pool since then. It was again left full of rubble and dirt though. I think the pavers parting words were "we do paving not clean pools"
