Pre Auhorization

<p>Horizon Medical aid has the most worse customer service. we have a member of the Medical aid in Hospital and need aproval urgently for a serious procedure. All their 0860 numbers is out of order and if you do get one that is working you can not speak to a consultant. For two days for hours we try to get some one to help you. Medsheme, the holding company also blocked all numbers to and emails to send a complaint. The fund Manager Letitia V D Berg also do not to urgent emails regarding complaints. on 02 June 2017 i also send a email to her and still she did not respond. Their is just nobody to help. If somebody answer they just give you another telepone nr. for another service provider. This is by far the worse customer service ever and nobody take responsibility for their work.</p>
