Medical aid does not provide required info

When trying to register my baby in my medical aid I was told that I can only do this with my employer. And so I did. After registration I reviewed notifications that hospital treatment for was baby will not be paid because she was not a member at the time. When I called Xolile told me that it is my duty to know that a baby must be registered 30days after birth, I told him that this info is not in the info pack and it was never provided to me. Now my baby is registered and her bills not paid for.
