Horrible Services /

On the 10/6/2020 at 2:30am I was admitted in hospital for PMB condition epilepsy, this was an emergency as my family did not know what to do. Long story short the medical aid refuses to pay the Casualty fee and the co payment towards the hospital admission . Remember I am on the hospital plan with horizon , and there broucher clearly states that PMB and Emergencies are 100% fully covered. So what false information are they portraying . I then called the call center and a Rude lady assisting me that did not know her information but works for the medical was so rude and *********** I was highly upset till this day I have not heard form this terrible medical aid. I will no longer be using Your services. Please can i have feedback on my cases.
