So Inconsiderate

I am really hurt as a first year student with disability and raised by a pensioner

I was given room number 527C1, and waited for lease agreement to be sent to me in the meantime I was told my grans bank statement is needed. We did upload the bank statement, a day later my room was given to somebody else and no longer available. I was not informed whatsoever.
