BAD BUSINESS ETHIC - HORIZON GLASS & ALLUMINIUM

<p>In January 2016 I came across Horizon Glass & Alluminium. I contacted them and requested a quotation to install Glasssplashbacks in my Kitchen. The owner (Hannes Olivier) was so friendly and drove through to our house in Witbank on the very same day to come and take measurements. The next morning we got the quotation and a day later we paid 75% deposit. Since then, we were taken through a very emotional and trying journey by this company. Empty promises, unanswered emails, unanswered phone calls, no show ups on scheduled appontments etc. My husband visited "his workshop" only to find him operating from a house and he tretaed him so badly (i.e. not even alow him access to his premises). Since then he has been ignoring us, lying to us. On 19th April he communicated that he will refund our deposit to date he hasnt done so and not answering our emails. I am going to appoint a lawyer to recover our hard earned cash. It just can not work like this where service providers think they can enrich themselves by taking advantage of people. With us we will head straight to SPEAK OUT (SABC TV PROGRAM) to recover our money. Consumers be warned about this mediocre company that has no INTEGRITY</p>
