Unprofessional service

Horrible service. Went to hops on the basis of them advising that we will be able to utilize the entertainer app. Only after having completed our meals and drinks for the evening to be advised by a very abrupt and rude supervisor that we would not be able to utilize the entertainer voucher due to internal email disruptions and having to manually capture details. We advised that we had dined at the outlet on the pretext of being able to use the entertainer and shouldn't be prejudiced due to internal system difficulties. We dealt with a highly rude and unprofessional individual who refused to see reason and provide proper customer service. Highly unacceptable.... Internal system challenges should never be the customer's responsibility. Displeased and insulted.
