HOPS RIVERSIDE - BAD SERVICE

Hops...beautifully situated...terrible service. No response from waiters/ waiting for drinks for the last 40 min. No manager to report to... Not sure how to escalate their bad service. If anyone wants to eat here ....pls be willing to wait for a looooong time
