extremely poor service

I have been to hops and barley during the easter weekend of 2015. After sitting and numerous waiters passing me by, it hd taken 15 minutes for any waiter to attend to me. This certainly has not been the first time his has happened and I would not recommend this restauran to any family hoping to enjoy a meal out. The service certainly leaves much room for improvement. Hopefully the managers at this restaurant will pay attention to this complaint and ensure that customers are taken better care of in future.
