Keep on Hopping

I had my cars washed there for years without incident. I mean, how difficult is it to wash a car? However, a few weeks ago they damaged one of my vehicles. Instead of showing any empathy or offering an apology or a refund, they got super defensive. They called me a ****. Said I distorted facts for my own ends (like how can I call my MY18 car three years old! Seriously.) What does that even have anything to do with a damage claim anyway? Now I’ll never go back. My family and friends and work colleagues have been warned off. My network have been appraised. They don’t care because they say they clean 8,000 cars every week and have never damaged any of them! It’s my social responsibility to warn people about Hoppy’s. It’s just not worth taking your car there because if the car does get damaged, you’ll be on your own. Karma catches up though.
