Disappointed Ex-Customer

Hoppity Apparel was one of my favorite brands to wear, well that was until you decided that your regular customers just weren't doing it for you anymore. Now that Hoppity became a supplier for big companies, your quality of services and attitudes changed.

Your attention to detail isn't what it used to be. There has been several complaints from my friends as well. My friend and I bought the same item and mine was made of a different material than hers. The other issue is where customers are encouraged to cancel orders when the items are faulty.

I hope this review will bring a positive change.
