Unprofessional pharmacist (bad customer service)

On June 25, I went to Hoppies Pharmacy in Springs (16:30). We had a bad experience at the store. There was a lady that was working at dispensary number 2. She was wearing a grey hoodie and grey pants. She lacks customer service and doesn’t know how to treat customers. We told her what we wanted, and she never bothered to assist us; she was chatting with her colleagues, not even related to what we requested. She left us standing like fools, and she never bothered to look for what we wanted. We had to ask her to go to another counter to get assistance, and she didn’t have any remorse. She is a horrible pharmacist and doesn’t deserve to be assisting people. I don’t recommend people be assisted by her. I couldn’t get her name because she was not even wearing a name tag. She lacks customer experience and doesn’t respect customers or her job. @hoppies pharmacy Please make a plan for her or provide her with ethics training or customer service training so she can learn how to serve people. I am really devastated and disappointed by this. Her service doesn’t even deserve a one star but zero such an unprofessional pharmacist
