Hopper is the worst app: company

Hopper is possibly the worst app/agency to go through , I bought a flight ticket in April 2020 which they cancelled and said I would get my full 600$ refund, here we are in May 2021 and still no refund, no reply’s to my emails and now call me backs!!! Absolutely furious about this! Worst company ever!!!
