Worst service ever

I had Hopon loan 2017, it's paid-up but when I check my credit score it appears as 2 account Hopon & Izwe (active), and in arrears. Made contact with IZWE (RCS) they don't have my account number and they keep giving me the same number that doesn't work. IZWE RCS doesn't even bother to assist or try to find some info that can be helpful. To add pain to this DebtBuster who was facilitating this can't even get the paid-up since they sent an email a month ago. How can they issue a clearance certificate with getting all the correct paid up letters.
