Easy application and disembur*****t process, apalling customer service and closure

<p>Even after the closing of my Loan account Hopon Loans still takes debit orders not due and after 4 separate complaints, there still has not been a consultant with the insight to realise that the monies are not due for payment and should be refunded.</p> <p> </p> <p>The consultants also claim communications have been made when there has been none, absolving themselves from any responsibility to rectify this error.</p>
