Hopolang Electrical is a contractor at Eskom. A contract was signed with Karabo Lamola. The agreement was that he will rent a car from me that he will use at Eskom as a contractor and in return he will pay me a certain amount of money so as to pay off the installments of the car.

Throughout the period that the car was leased to him, he only made a payment equivalent to 3 months instead of 10 months.

He has since been avoiding any unknown calls and has blocked my number. I cannot get a hold of him. He dropped off the car at a police station and has since moved from where he used to stay.

What a *********. Eskom has paid him the money but he refuses to pay the amount due to me.
