Unhappy Client

Unhappy client and the account is badly impacting my credit score. The account was settled in February 2026 and now its full 6 months since it was settled and on Clear score it still shows missed payments and last it was updated in June 2026. I went there to ask for my settlement letter and the lady said she will send it, I sent her a text and still nothing. I got the owner's contact details and I sent him a text too to explain what the account is doing to my credit score and he never responded.
