Worst shop in Howick KZN, Hopewell Supplies
We placed an order online for items we needed urgently for a 94th birthday on 25 October 2025. We paid the full amount plus courier fees on the 19 October the morning. We spoke to Howard and Mike, suppose they are the owners, from then on every day to try and confirm when the package will be delivered as we still needed to bake. They promised it will be with us at the latest on the 24 October 2025. We whatapp the order through several times as well. On the 24th...nothing arrived. We spoke to Mike confirming he will speak to Howard as Howard is not answering any of our messages or phone calls. And then now we have tried on the 25th October from 08h00, when the shop in Howick opens, and still no answer on cellphones and landline...worst experience ever. Shops like this does not need a place in SA. AND THEY ARE STILL SITTING WITH OUR MONEY!!!!!!
