Review: Experience with Hopewave Digital Our relationship with Hopewave Digital began before we became hosting clients. Nathan initially worked with Moses as a freelance lead closer. At the time, Moses indicated that the leads being provided were warm leads that were already fami**** with Hopewave’s services. However, during the time Nathan worked on these leads, many of the individuals contacted indicated that they were not fami**** with Hopewave or its services. Nathan had been clear that he was interested in a commission-based opportunity that would be financially worthwhile, but many of the leads were not in a position to purchase services. Nathan eventually stopped working in this role. This was communicated to Moses, particularly as Nathan had an upcoming MMA fight and needed to focus on training. There was no employment contract in place, and despite stepping away from the freelance role, Nathan remained a paying customer of Hopewave Digital for our business services. While Nathan was working with Moses, Moses contacted him frequently throughout the day. However, after Nathan stopped working with him, our experience as paying clients changed significantly. Website updates that had previously been handled quickly began taking far longer than the turnaround times we had been promised. Service Commitments Provided Before Onboarding • 48-hour turnaround on website changes • Proactive website monitoring (checked every hour) • Clear and consistent communication • SEO support • Priority service Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect those commitments. Website updates regularly took far longer than 48 hours. On multiple occasions, our website went down without notification. We were the ones who discovered the outages and had to report them. One outage lasted approximately two days, during which we were actively losing bookings (a customer noticed one of the times and let us know - which is obviously very unprofessional). When we told Moses that it was our third time seeing the page was down and we were not notified, he basically dismissed our concerns and said that a site had never been down for more than 14 seconds and that the website is checked every hour - which was untrue as our site had been down for hours multiple times. There were repeated communication breakdowns. During critical troubleshooting discussions regarding website and Google Ads performance, conversations were frequently paused because Moses indicated he needed to attend other client calls, with assurances that he would return to the matter afterward. In many instances, follow-up communication did not occur and the issue remained unresolved. On subsequent days we would sometimes receive messages asking whether everything had worked out, despite the fact that we were still waiting for assistance to resolve the original problem. Nathan explicitly communicated that he was willing to pay Moses for assistance with Google Ads and that if Moses or his team were unable to assist, we were willing to pay additional fees for support or be referred to someone who could assist us. Despite these requests, the assistance we were seeking was not provided. At one point we were accused of ignoring Moses and his team. However, we have documented evidence showing that during that same period Nathan personally emailed the design team regarding urgent website updates (including pricing changes), forwarded those emails to Moses, and CC’d him multiple times. Despite this, we received no response for approximately five days. Additionally, after communicating with me directly regarding social media and requesting assistance with graphics, Moses later stated that he had no business with me whatsoever, despite the fact that I am responsible for social media for the business. This was confusing, as Moses had previously created a group and added me to it specifically to communicate about the work. Issues During Migration When we decided to migrate to a new provider due to the ongoing issues, the transition process raised further concerns. Although hosting had been paid (including an additional month and a cancellation penalty fee), we were informed late on a Friday afternoon that the migration was “in progress” and that if it was not completed by Sunday the website could go offline and additional charges might apply. The email stated that website backup files were attached. Upon review, the only attachment included was an invoice. The referenced backup files were not attached. We had to follow up to request the correct files, after which a corrected email was sent. We were later informed that the website had been transferred. However, our new provider has provided evidence that the transfer had not in fact been completed. As of now, access remains unavailable and the process has been significantly prolonged. This delay has directly impacted our operations and caused financial loss. For a business that relies heavily on online bookings, website downtime has immediate consequences. As a result, we are now being forced to rebuild our website entirely with a new provider. Account Access Concern After ending our working relationship with Hopewave Digital at the end of February, we later discovered that Moses still had access to our Google Ads account, despite previously stating that he had not worked on the account. Account activity logs show that the account was accessed again on 13 March 2026, long after our working relationship had already ended. Because our advertising account is currently suspended, we have not yet been able to remove all access permissions ourselves, which has added further difficulty in securing the account. Response After Posting the Review After this review was initially posted, Moses contacted Nathan and indicated that if the review was not removed, he would post a negative review on our paintball, airsoft, and laser tag business pages. Additionally, he threatened to take legal action in response to the review. We would like to clarify that this review reflects our documented experience working with the company. We have retained written communication records relating to the events described above. This experience has caused significant operational disruption, financial impact, and unnecessary stress for our business. Our intention in sharing this review is to provide an honest account of our experience so that other businesses can make informed decisions. Recommendations for Businesses Considering Working with This Company: • Written service-level agreements • Clearly defined turnaround guarantees • Clear documentation of responsibilities • Clearly defined communication and escalation channels

I didn't generate so many sales up until I worked with Hopewave Digits, their marketing is on point and they charges are very low. I also transfer my domain so they handle my website and I can say that its an outstanding service. All my referred colleagues are happy, everyone is satisfied.

I’ve worked with a few marketing companies before, but none of them delivered the way this team has. They built my website from the ground up and the result was extremely professional and exactly what my business needed. What really impressed me was their attention to detail and how they actually take the time to understand your business and your goals. They didn’t just build a website and disappear they’ve continued to assist me with marketing, campaigns and advice whenever I need it. Their service is fast, professional and reliable. Anytime I’ve needed changes or support they’ve been quick to help and always go the extra mile. Since working with them my online presence has improved and my business looks far more professional. I’m very happy with the work they’ve done and I would highly recommend them to anyone serious about growing their business online. THANKS TO THE TEAM AT HOPEWAVE WE APPREACIATE YOU!
