No Hope Swimming Pools

Danny (or Fungai) at Hope Swimming Pool's came recommended as he was involved in building a swimming pool, Danny came to diagnose and charged a call out fee. My pump wasn't priming and when working was continuously blowing air into the pool. I was sceptical so cancelled his come back to fix the problem, he further convinced me and guaranteed me that he can fix the problem. I gave in and he returned with only a back pack.. should of been my first sign! He spent the whole day taking apart my inlet pipe, (which I pre dug out for him) put it back together. Primed my pool pump must of been around 10 times got it working sealed everything up, he told me to run the pump for 12 hrs and switch it off and on again and see if it primed on its own which it didn't, so he came back agitated and what does he try do again...PRIME THE PUMP another 10 times. I eventually told him to stop and leave he has no idea what he is doing, there is no way this young man has any technical knowledge or can trouble shoot a pool issue. He's says he got my pump working that's all he was there to do. He is now ignoring me. I'm R3000 down and still in the same situation. ( Yes I was stupid for paying him that amount)

Sent a message to a professional pool company immediately they give me a diagnosis over the phone shaft seal needs replacing on pump simple.
