Hootsuits' Customer Service is terrible

Hootsuite is continuously de-linking a primary client's Instagram profile. Non of his postings is going through on IG. I have been trying to sort this out myself by going through their articles on how to reconnect etc. I have had a few chatbot and online chats and emails even screenshot emails to try and sort it out. It has been more then 26 days now. I have asked if they could do a Teamviewer to see what is going because 1) they take forever to answer an email (over a week) and 2) once again i got a article to read.... Really I have paid the year subscription and want a refund since I have moved to another provider in the mean time. (To get the job done).

The first month the platform worked like a charm but if you get in to technical problems you better hope that you are more technically inclined than I am, because there is just no Customer Service....
