Poor service

Hello Hooters Umhlanga

It is with a heavy heart that I have to give such a magnificent brand a bad review. I feel however, that it is my duty as a loyal customer to make you aware of the sub par service and experience we had the displeasure of encountering. Firstly this is the longest time it has ever taken a party of two to be recognized as purveyors of your custom, let alone actually being served. I do understand that you may have been busy and understaffed, but it certainly did not look that way from a casual observation perspective. Secondly, this is the first time that a waitron has displayed a clear disinterest verging on rudeness to our civil orders for food and drinks. We may not be members of a boy band, but definitely not chopped liver if I can say so myself.

Thirdly, the blatant efforts to ****** a few additional rands and cents from us, was quite childish, and to be quite clear, good service always gets rewarded.

Like I said at the beginning, I am a proud supporter of the brand, and the atmosphere of Hooters, but the last visit to your establishment was a bitter disappointment, and if I may reiterate, this is not a means to land any individual in any sort of trouble, but a rather a helping hand to keep the brand strong, from a loyal customer.
