Hooters Umhlanga, terrible work environment

I have never felt more disrespected in my whole life, I had just started working at hooters in Umhlanga when on my way home I had a car crash, I suffered with severe whiplash and my car was undrivable, I lived 20-30 mins away from this franchise, this happened on Sunday night, I then told my head trainer what had happened and she didn’t seem to believe me, then on Monday she told me 40 mins before I had to be at work to work behind bar, but knew in the morning, I then told her I couldn’t get to work because of the accident and that if I had known sooner I would of been able to come and asked if there were any girls that lived in my area so I could get a lift with them, she still thought I was lying and then told me to not even come back. The ignorance and pure lack of respect was unbelievable, in the hooters girl starter guid it tells you “ welcome to the hooters family” that’s not how you treat family... it also says that a hooters girl should have a great attitude , yes maybe to the money holders ( customers) what happened to ‘the family’ I’m pretty sure this is not how Lynne Austin would of run things and DISRESPECTED her “family” neither do I think Tyler Suess would of either
