Bad experience at Hooters Umhlanga

We had the worst experience last night at hooters in Umhlanga, firstly we arrive there and are seated by a gentleman, thereafter completely ignored as waitresses walked straight passed us 4 times also attended to ladies that arrived after us and sat directly opposite us but still ignored us., until we had to ask the gentleman who seated us if we could have a waitress please. Our meals took extremely long to arrive as well as when it did arrive my meal was not what i ordered so low and behold i had to wait another 20mins for them to bring me the correct order, our waitress on 1 occasion completely forgot to bring part of a drinks order and we waited 15mins then had to ask for it again then only did it arrive, after a full night of food and drinks, the bill arrived, R1844. To which we rep**** with R2000 which we believe is more than fair based on the service received, note that that is R156 tip and even though the guideline in most restaurants is 10% this waitress did not deserve that, however after paying the bill she returns to the table and says we short paid her on the tip its 10% of the bill, which isnt stated anywhere on the invoice or anywhere on the premises, nevertheless we have her an extra R50. By this time they had called last rounds and we had our last rounds on the table. A few mins after paying the bill, the manager Nicole Visser comes to the table with abit of an attitude and says we have 2 minutes to finish up as they are closing. She comes back after 2 minutes mkre irate and says 2 mins are up, nkw bare in mind we just spent R2000 at this place and werr in the process of finishing our last drinks without any problems excessive noise or bad behaviour. So i said to her we will leave when we are done to which she snapped at me and said well when they call last rounds they close 30mins later. I then asked her where does it say that? Or did they notify us of that in any way? She stormed off saying she isnt going to deal with this kind of backchat she is going to call her manager. We sat for another 15mins while finishing our drinks and no manager came to address us. We finished up and left. This was the worst experience at hooters ive ever had. Furthermore it is not the first time that waitreses came back and ask for more tip, it has happened in the past.
