Unfair treatment and charges from hHopoe haven guesthouse

We were a group of 10 ladies who organized a vacation to the guesthouse. 3 pulled out and we were now 7, we requested Nthabiseng Mafaesa to book for us and we gave her R1350 each for the 3 night stay at the venue. When we requested a copy of the invoice and proof of payment she started insulting us and that is when we realized that something is wrong. We have been trying to get information from the guest house owner Tracey from June and she did not want to give us information aeven when we told her that Nthabiseng was withholding information from us. Last week Friday I contacted her and she referred me to Lalla at the last minute after I told her that we go to social media. Lalla then send me the invoices, tNthabiseng did not pay all our monies, she took a R1000 from our money and she also did not pay for the trip. I then told Lalla that we wanted to cancel as they did not help us when we wanted information. We even told her that no monies must be paid back into Nthabisengs account as she de*****ed us. Yesterday I got an email that the guest house will charge us 50% cancellation fee and the balance will be paid into Nthabisengs account. Kindly help us. Lalla +***
