VW cannot find the noise on the car

From a mileage of about 45 000 km, I've been reporting a noise from the engine compartment at every service. <br> <br> Nothing is ever found. At 102 000 km, Hoopers took the car and said they changed the DSG clutches but could not show me the old spares. <br> <br> The noise was still, there. I have sent it back while out of the country and they say they found nothing and returned it without any feedback. <br> <br> After consulting the, they still can't find the noise. I sent sound clips, explained how and when the noise comes but they can't hear the noise when they test the car. <br> <br> There is the inconvenience of having no car, they don't arrange a courtesy car unless the car is not driveable or stripped. <br> <br> Dissatisfied.
