Someone switched my car tires

My City Golf went in for a major service & break repairs on the 12th July. ( Booking No 73218 ) I picked up my car the next day. A week later i noticed that there were scratch marks on the front right side door. Someone had tried to hide the damage by fine sandpapering over the scratches. I also noticed that my space saver spare wheel had been switched for another spare tire. I know this because the space saver spare wheel is thinner in size and was replaced with a normal size tire. I examining my vehicle and found that one of the back tires had also been swapped. Problem is that the swapped tire is damaged and not roadworthy. And my brake lights stay on and wont turn off. <br> I brought this to the attention of Udesh the team manger. The scratch damage got repaired but my two tires have not been returned. And the brake lights stay on. I have had no reply to my last email.
