Poor Service

Hi there <br> <br> I purchased a VW Golf 7 GTI performance pack from Hoopers VW . The salesman Terrace promised that the car will be delivered to my home on a truck at 12.00pm on Saturday 3 October 2015 . We waited 3.5 hours. At 3.30pm when my husband called the driver to find out the color of his truck and where he is so we could go meet him cause he claimed he was lost , he told my husband that he is not driving a truck but driving my car . The driver also mentioned that they have disconnected the odometer and we should go and have it reconnected at any VW which sounded very strange bearing in mind I was purchasing a brand new vehicle. In the 3.5 hours I was waiting for the vehicle the driver the driver drove all over JHB because he claims his not from Jhb and does not have a Garmin and he didn't mention anything to us about not knowing how to get to my address. The salesman Terrace clearly stated that the vehicle will be delivered to my home on a truck and with 0kms on the clock . It is impossible to determine what's the milage on the vehicle now because the odometer has been disconnected. <br> I have never had such an unprofessional experience buying a new vehicle as I have bought many
