I’ve been a regular Hoolies customer, but I’m absolutely dissapointed with my most recent experience.

I placed an online order and provided my work adress for delivery, as usual. I was however very dissapointed when I received an e-mail notifying me that my parcel would be delivered to my nearest Post Office. All my previous orders have been delivered directly to my work adress. I contacted your call centre and was informed that “the manager” decided that online orders would be delivered to the Post Office.

This is not a mere case of it being an inconveniene. Our local Post Office is notorious for being unsafe. I’ve decided to forgo my parcel, rather than putting myself at risk to visit this place. I request a refund.

Please update your website and delivery policy, so that other unsuspecting customers don’t get the same surprise.
