Useless whatsapp customer agent

I have an HONOR 7A Honor customer service SA agent enters the conversation on whatsapp at 11:44 am on 04/04/2024 Basically my phone is an Honor but made by Huawei, so honor cannot help me, they were in such a hurry to move on from my issue. All I needed was to download an app from the honor store to open my office suite documents. I asked please send me a link to download the Honor app market, NO cant help it's not our phone. wow useless customer agents
