Running promotions with impossible requirements

Empty promises and useless promotions.

They are quick to run promotions whereby you can claim a free smart watch and earbuds but when you try to claim it they don't accept any of the documentation that you provide.

As per telkom all their clients use the same paperwork that I use to claim the stuff but I can't.

I submitted it numerous times and everything it gets declined.

I just hope the phone arnt as bad as some of the reviews on honor make them out to be...
