Honor X9C false advertising

In January this year I got an Honor x9c from vodacom in midlands mall. The Honor agent in the store advised me that this phone had an indestructible screen. He even showed us a video where a nail was placed in the screen and hit with a hammer without breaking the screen. Two weeks ago the phone slipped out of my pocket as I was getting off the couch in my lounge and fell face down on the tiles. The screen subsequently cracked. I took the phone back to vodacom and showed them the cracked screen and mentioned to them that at the time of selling this phone to me, they advised that the screen will not crack and that it was not necessary to put a screen protector. I wanted to know how they were going to resolve this and was told that I would have to send my phone to the Honor service centre for the screen to be replaced and that the time frame for this was 9 weeks. It was only after creating a fuss and insisting that, as a business owner, I cannot be without a phone for 9 weeks, did they provide me with a temporary phone which is an honor 200 lite which belongs to one of the agents in the store. I have to now provide them with my password which unlocks my Honor x9c, compromising all my personal information and business data. A call to the Honor customer service centre was off no help at all. When I mentioned that I was led by false advertising to select the Honor phone, I was told by the call centre agent that they have a disclaimer on their website which says that the screen is not indestructible contrary to the videos I was shown and the information given to me by the agent in store. I belive it is my right to a new phone where I could transfer my data onto the new phone and do a factory reset and send to Honor so that I can protect my Information and personal data.
