Honor Software nightmare.

Little to no assistance from the designated call centre and WhatsApp group. Second device has had multiple issues are the first device was an out of box failure. Has been sent into the device repair centre in Clearwater. Same and similar issues have raised again. The only solution given is to hand it back in. This is a brand new device Honor Magic 7 Pro, so factory resetting the device everytime is simply not a workable solution.
