Honor phone is *******.

I purchased a Honor X7b mobile phone from the MTN shop in Jacaranda Mall in Pretoria. They did not have the Samsung I wanted in stock, they convinced me that the Honor is just as good if not better. The shop Manager transferred all my contacts onto the Honor phone from my broken phone. 2 days later most of the contacts names disappeared and I had only the numbers. 2 to 3 hours later I restored all the names. A few days later the same thing happened, I went back to the MTN shop and complained. The manager took the phone, found some setting that was not right. The next day again names missing. I then contacted Honor Client Services. After some time and some instructions from a helpful agent at Honor he assured me that the problem would not reoccur. 2 days later I was again with them on the phone for reoccurrence. This helped nothing. My grandson tried to solve the problem, eventually he said I need to change all my contacts onto the phone, not the E mail address. I did that. Now I loose some names after about 2 weeks. I will never recommend Honor to any person, maybe to a enemy. I've never seen this before and as soon as I have the money I will buy a Samsung again. Being a SASSA pensioner this agravates my situation.
