Honor doesn't want to fix the phone in warranty.

I own a Honor Magic V2 phone. The front screen cracked and continued to use the inner screen. Then the inner screen got loose. I requested postal repairs with Honor customer care and the booked the phone to SSS phone repairs in Boksburg. I received the quote and I was not happy that they quoted the inner screen as defective and out of warranty. I then called Honor to query this and I was told the repair centre was not an approved Honor service centre. They then requested I collect the phone and book it in Midrand. I paid R250 to get the phone back. I then requested another online postal repairs for Midrand. The phone was collected and sent to Midrand. Only to find out it was sent to Boltech repairs who said they don't repair V2. They sent the phone back to me. Honor then said I must take it to any Vodacom shop since I bought it from Vodacom. I sent it to Vodacom Alberton and they quoted the phone out of warranty as it is not a factory fault. Now honor is refusing to assist with the repairs. After a month sending me from pillar to post. How can their inner screen get loose and then they do not take responsibility of that. They sent me to Vodacom knowing they will say it is not a factory fault. This is not acceptable and Honor is a very expensive phone to let their customers experience that.
