honor aftersales service not good

I recently required a upgrade on my cellphobe contract. I visited the Telkom store in Canal Walk where the sales Rep promoted the Honot phone to me. The rep made a commitment that he would assist me with the claim of a free gift from Honor. I have for more than a month now been struggling to finalize this and have been unable to do so.

Telkom staff have also not been very helpfull to assist you. They either ignore you or they tell you they will speak to the Honor rep.

Currently i have not received everything that was agreed would be given to me as a customer shoul i decide to take honor phone.

Due to honor after sales service not beimg helpfull and unwilling to assist, i have decided to return the phine to the telkom outlet.
